1. Conditions of contract of the company  Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez, with tax identification number 43482506V  and registered office at C/ Muelle Viejo 11, 07012 Palma de Mallorca (Illes Balears)

These terms refer to all reservations made through the website

http://www.rafaelverdera.com. You accept the conditions of the reservation on behalf of all members for it to take place.

2. The fact of requesting a reservation implies commitment on the part of the client to authorize the charge on the credit card provided. In the event that the payment cannot be made for any reason, Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez reserves the right to cancel the confirmed reservations at a later date, notifying the client of this decision.

3. Any reservation made or requested by you will be considered as an offer to purchase the service offered, subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Velero Rafael Verdera  Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez will be considered valid until Velero Rafael Verdera does not;

(a) provide you with the reference number of the reservation;

(b) confirm the reservation via email.

In the case of last minute sales closings and possible unavailability of seats on the booked tour,  Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandezwill be entitled to cancel the reservation. The client will be informed in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the confirmation of his reservation.

4. The rates offered on our website will only be guaranteed with full or partial payment of the reservation.

Payment will be made through our website, by credit card (prior booking form); for any other form of payment (e.g. national or international transfers) please contact our reservations department directly on +34 609 13 49 49 or +34660032960.

The confirmation of the reservation is guaranteed only if payment is made. If the payment of a reservation is made by bank transfer, in the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation, the costs of the return by transfer will be borne by the client*.

In the event that the rate published on the website is not applicable due to typographical error or cancellation of specific offers by the accommodation, Velero Rafael Verdera  Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez reserves the right to correct the reservation within 48 hours of receipt of the same. The customer will be informed in writing of the current valid price and/or possible alternatives under the same conditions. In the event that the new conditions are not accepted, the client will have the right to cancel the reservation without charge. In case of not receiving a reply from the client within 48 hours from the modification of the reservation, Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez will have the right to cancel the reservation.

5. In the booking form there is a "additional comments" section where you can enter your requests or questions.

6. Prices will be quoted by default in Euros.

7. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. All reservations are personal and cannot be sold, allocated or transferred.

8. Our terms and conditions are incorporated into this page.

9. Cancellations and modifications of a confirmed reservation are subject to the above conditions. All changes (date or time changes) are subject to availability.

10. Sailboat Rafael Verdera  will do its best to satisfy all the services requested. In the exceptional situations in which Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez cannot accept or reject the reservation due to overbooking or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered alternatives to the reserved ones. In case of not accepting these alternatives, Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez and/or the client will have the right to cancel the reservation and the total amount of the reservation will be paid as soon as possible.

11. Any complaint or claim regarding the booking service must be notified in writing or by email to Velero Rafael Verdera, as soon as possible. Any complaint or claim in relation to the excursions must be made known to the staff of Velero Rafael Verdera available at the time during the course of the same.

12. Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez is not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations, as a direct or indirect result of causes or circumstances beyond its control.

13. Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

14. All terms and conditions contained or referred to in this document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these terms or use of our websites shall be recorded only in Spain and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts for the purpose of litigating such claim or action. The confirmation of the reservation and these terms represent a contract between you and Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez.

In the exceptional situations in which Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez cannot accept or reject the reservation due to overbooking or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered alternatives to the reserved ones. In case of not accepting these alternatives, Velero Rafael Verdera - Iñaki Arizmendi Fernandez and/or the client will have the right to cancel the reservation and the total amount of the reservation will be paid as soon as possible.

7.-Cancellations:

One week before the date of the navigation: Without fees.

Between 7-4 days before the date of navigation: 15% administration costs.

Between 72-24 hours before the date of navigation: 50% of the total paid.

Less than 24 hours before the date of navigation: 100% of the total paid.

If you do not come on the date of the excursion: No refunds.
