General conditions
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:
VAT (21% but subject to possible legislative changes) is not included in the prices.
Events involving special treatment such as rental for filming or other activities other than tourist excursions must be budgeted for.
If the client wishes an external catering, the price of the boat rental is increased by 30%.
To book the boat, 50% of the price must be paid; the remaining 50% and any extras must be paid 15 days before the date of the event.
If a request is not confirmed with the payment of 50% after 8 days, the date will not be considered blocked, it will be cancelled or it will automatically pass to the queue of options for that specific date unless the agency requests an extension that could be considered.
Availability for less than 2 weeks is open, without exclusivity.
It is not allowed to bring food or drink on board the sailboat.
The extras will be paid in cash on the day of boarding
Cancel conditions
CANCELLATIONS:
If the cancellation happens due to the express wish of the client, the expenses due are the following:
If notified:
180 days in advance 15% of the reservation
90 days in advance 25% of the reservation
60 days in advance 50% of the reservation
30 days in advance 100% of the reservation
15 days in advance 100% of the total price of the boat.
3 days in advance 100% of the total invoice including food and extras
If it is due to bad weather and occurs on the day of booking in view of the weather conditions and in agreement with the captain of the ship, 100% of the payment made is refunded.
