2. Acceptance of the Terms
Booking or purchasing any service aboard Velero Rafael Verdera implies acceptance of these Terms by the customer or passenger.
These Terms govern the relationship between Velero Rafael Verdera and the customer or passenger in relation to booking, contracting, maritime transport, and the provision of the services offered.
3. Subject Matter of the Contract
The purpose of the contract is the provision of services aboard Velero Rafael Verdera, which may include maritime excursions, private experiences, celebrations, onboard events, or any other service offered by Velero Rafael Verdera.
The specific conditions of the service shall be those indicated on the website, quotation, proposal, ticket, booking confirmation, or equivalent documentation.
4. Booking and Contracting Procedure
The booking or contracting of the service shall be formalised in accordance with the conditions indicated on the website, quotation, proposal, ticket, booking confirmation, or equivalent documentation.
Payment terms, deadlines, booking confirmation procedures, and applicable cancellation terms shall be those indicated in each case depending on the type of service contracted.
In the case of private bookings, events, or services subject to quotation, partial or advance payments may be required to confirm the booking, in accordance with the conditions stated in the relevant quotation or proposal.
5. Prices, Services, Currency and Taxes
Prices, schedules, included services, and any additional services shall be those indicated on the website, quotation, proposal, ticket, or relevant confirmation.
Prices shall be stated in euros (€), unless another currency is expressly indicated.
The service shall be subject to the applicable VAT in accordance with current regulations. At present, the applicable VAT rate is 10%, as this activity constitutes maritime passenger transport.
Any additional service not expressly included shall be quoted or invoiced separately.
All services are subject to availability.
6. Tickets, Boarding and Documentation
For direct-sale excursions, the ticket, boarding pass, proof of purchase, booking confirmation, or equivalent document shall constitute proof of the contracted service.
Only persons holding a valid booking, ticket, boarding pass, or confirmation for the contracted date, time, and service may board.
The customer and passengers must keep such documentation during the provision of the service and present it if requested.
The customer and passengers must arrive at the boarding point at the indicated time. Velero Rafael Verdera shall not be responsible for the loss of the service due to late arrival by the customer or passengers.
7. Timetables, Route and Performance of the Service
Velero Rafael Verdera may modify timetables, route, itinerary, anchorage points, or the performance of the service for weather-related, maritime safety, organisational, technical, or force majeure reasons.
The final decision regarding departure, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the service for weather or safety reasons shall always rest with the captain.
8. Cancellations
The applicable cancellation terms shall be those indicated on the website, quotation, proposal, ticket, booking confirmation, or equivalent documentation, depending on the type of service contracted.
In the case of private bookings, events, or services subject to quotation, the cancellation terms set out in the relevant quotation or proposal shall apply.
In the case of direct-sale excursions, the cancellation terms stated on the website, ticket, booking confirmation, or equivalent documentation shall apply.
9. Cancellations Due to Weather or Safety
The provision of the service shall at all times be subject to weather conditions and maritime safety requirements.
Velero Rafael Verdera may modify, suspend, or cancel the service for weather-related, maritime safety, technical, organisational, or force majeure reasons.
In the event of cancellation due to weather or safety reasons, the refund or rescheduling terms indicated on the website, quotation, proposal, ticket, booking confirmation, or relevant documentation shall apply.
The final decision regarding departure, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the service shall always rest with the captain.
10. Onboard Rules
The captain is the highest authority on board.
Passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
The captain may restrict alcohol consumption or any activity that could compromise the safety of passengers, crew, or the vessel.
Bringing food or drinks on board is not permitted unless expressly authorised by Velero Rafael Verdera.
11. Liability
The customer shall be responsible for providing truthful and complete information for the proper organisation of the service.
Velero Rafael Verdera shall not be liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or incidents arising from causes beyond its control, weather conditions, maritime restrictions, technical or organisational reasons, force majeure, or breach of these Terms by the customer or passengers.
Velero Rafael Verdera shall not be liable for loss of the service where the customer or passenger fails to arrive at the boarding point at the indicated time, does not hold a valid booking, ticket, boarding pass, confirmation, or equivalent documentation, or fails to comply with the boarding instructions provided.
Passengers’ personal belongings shall remain under their own responsibility.
Where the service has been provided in accordance with the agreed conditions, minor variations in duration, route, anchorage points, or itinerary due to weather-related, maritime, technical, organisational, or safety reasons shall not entitle the customer to compensation, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
12. Complaints
Official complaint forms are available to customers and passengers in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Data Protection
Any personal data provided by the customer or passenger shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the booking, maritime transport, or provision of the service shall be submitted to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
